• Afcomz ("we," "us," or "our") is a platform which has been created and designed to connect African communities, businesses, and events, while welcoming a diverse range of businesses, cultures, styles, nationalities, ethnicities and races.
• Our mission is to unify African businesses by fostering relationships, generate collective trading strategies and push mutual growth increase.
• We provide a platform for businesses of all sizes to showcase their talents, offer services/products, or entertainment and connect with customers.
• The Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Afcomz application ("App") and services.

Businesses must subscribe to Afcomz to utilize our platform and services which have a 14 days (Including weekends) cancellation policy before transaction commence.
Subscribers are required to adhere to our core values (GRUIIAP) and maintain the integrity of their advertised services/products.
Afcomz reserves the right to revoke, cancel, terminate, or suspend access to businesses that violate our values or fail to meet service standards.
Subscription fees must be paid in accordance with the agreed-upon terms. Failure to do so may result in termination of services.
Businesses are responsible for fulfilling their obligations to customers and adhering to both professional & legal standards / expectations.
Afcomz grants a 7 working days period for businesses to address and try to resolve customer or Afcomz concerns and/or complaints. For complex issues, time is allowed for 21 working days.
Customers are responsible for conducting transactions in a respectful and lawful manner.
Customers are encouraged to resolve issues directly with the businesses they engage with.
If resolution cannot be met with the business, and the business has exercised its 7-working days or 21 working days period, the customer may then bring the issue to Afcomz.
Afcomz will attempt to mediate between customers and businesses.
If Afcomz cannot resolve the issue, customers may seek recourse through relevant regulatory bodies or the Ombudsman.
Customers must observe the core values of Afcomz at all times.
Afcomz facilitates connections between businesses and customers but it is not responsible for the daily operations of businesses.
Afcomz provides tools for searching, messaging, notifications, analytics, and logistics.
Afcomz is not responsible for enforcing legal compliance or professional standards. Businesses are expected to operate legally.
Afcomz will attempt to resolve issues within 7 working days, or 21 working days for complicated issues. If resolution is not possible, the issue will be escalated to the Afcomz board of directors.
Afcomz may offer alternative recommendations as a resolution to a complaint, but these are subjective options.
Afcomz is not liable for disputes between customers and businesses that are handled by law enforcement or regulatory bodies.
Afcomz provides the following platform services:
GPS-based search tool for locating service providers and entertainment hubs / concerts.
Direct messaging and communication tools between businesses and customers
General and user-specific notification systems.
Comprehensive business search functionality based on location, category, and services
Secure payment processing for transactions between businesses and customers
Afcomz reserves the right to terminate or suspend services for violations of these Terms and Conditions.
Businesses may terminate their subscriptions in accordance with the agreed-upon terms.
Afcomz provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of business information.
Afcomz is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the App or services.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales specifically, but not limited to Company Act 2006, The Data Protection Act 2018, The Consumer Rights Act 2015, The Equality Act 2010, The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and The Employment Rights Act 1996.
Your personal data is protected under GDPR and UK Data Protection regulations

The name, Logo, App, Stationary, Clothing and all intellectual Property Rights including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, designs, inventions, and know-how created and developed by Afcomz prior to or during the term of the consent agreement shall remain the exclusive property of Afcomz.
Use of Afcomz Intellectual Property is granted under licence and consent only.
Upon termination of the Consent Agreement or upon cancellation of the Consent Agreement, all use of Intellectual property under Licence must be removed and returned in its whole to Afcomz.
Afcomz reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes.
